Minor surgical procedures

We perform most minor surgeries and dermatological services in our office.

Our physicians are trained in the evaluation of skin lesions, growths and recognition of skin cancers. Further, they can do skin biopsies and minor excisions to evaluate these problems. The biopsies are processed by certified pathologists and your doctor will follow up with results in a timely manner. Your doctor will ordinarily perform a thorough skin evaluation at the time of your regularly scheduled annual preventive health care examination.

Minor surgeries including excision of skin cancers, ingrown toe nails, cyst removal, incision and drainage of abscesses are currently done in our office. Your physician can also provide joint injections for bursitis, arthritis and painful heel spurs.
